With fun and challenging workouts and a dynamic community to train with, BikeRowSki is not just another boring gym fad… it’s a completely new 45 minute challenge for people of all ages and abilities, and for those with drive and enthusiasm to improve their overall fitness in a fun and challenging environment. One third of the class will be on the Bike, one third will be on Rower and one third will be on the Skier! Our coaches will lead you through a fun but challenging workout everytime you train!
We are the only group fitness class that focuses solely on coaching our clients on all three Concept2 machines: the rowerg, skierg and bikeerg. This provides a far superior training effect than sitting on one piece of equipment for the duration of a class. We have a heated studio providing all the added fat burning benefits and we also use Polar Heart rate monitors to track our clients training sessions in real time.
45 minute BikeRowSki classes provide aerobic and anaerobic training benefits as well as upper and lower body muscular endurance benefits resulting in a greater calorie burn as you work on all three pieces of equipment in every session.
